The menu, built around a wood fired grill and open-hearth oven, features prime rib, steaks, chops, fresh fish and seafood. Some house specialties include prime rib, a 24 oz. Porterhouse Steak, cedar-planked hearth-roasted salmon, and wood-grilled frenched pork chops. The "Sweet Endings" menu features homemade desserts and special coffees. The wine list consists of a fine choice of both California and imported varietals. The service staff is well-trained at suggesting wine to compliment food selections. The bar offers a complete variety of liquors featuring single barrel and small batch bourbons, cognacs, ports, and beers and an extended list of wines by the glass.
