Top of the Hub FAQs
Q: What is the dress code at Top of the Hub?
A. Business attire is required during lunch in the dining room. More casually dressed diners may dine in the lounge. For both lunch and dinner, business casual or casual chic are appropriate. Jacket and tie are not required. We request that diners remove their hats and refrain from wearing cutoffs or tank tops in the dining room.

Q: Do you validate parking?
A. Parking is discounted with a $10.00 purchase from any store, restaurant, cart or kiosk in The Shops at Prudential Center. Please remember to have your sales associate stamp your parking ticket once you've made your purchase.

Q:Do you take reservations?
A. Yes, we take reservations both over the phone and via Open Table, our internet-based reservation system.

Q: Can you bring your own cake to lunch or dinner?
A. No, we can not allow you to bring your own cake, but do have on-site pastry chef. We would be happy to make a cake for your gathering. The only exception is if you require a kosher cake, which you may bring in. Visit our special orders page to order a custom designed cake.

Q: Can I bring my own wine?
A. No, state law prohibits that customers bring wine in to the restaurant. Visit our special orders page to request a special bottle of wine or champagne for your dinner.

Q: Can I bring my own flowers?
A. Yes, you may bring our own flowers or special order them on our special orders page.

Q: Does the lounge/jazz music have a cover charge?
A. No, but after 8 PM the lounge tables do have a minimum charge for food and beverage.
